Hidden Controls - ASP.NET?

I have an ASP.NET program that has Hidden Controls. When I click on a particular button, the control should become visible. This works on some computers and not others, therefore I think it is an Internet Explorer setting that is causing this problem. What Internet Explorer setting could cause this to occur?
