Excel-like web control for ASP .NET?

I would like to create an excel-like table where I can double click on a cell to edit it. Is there anything like that?





Or maybe a table of textboxes?Excel-like web control for ASP .NET?
I used to use one of these controls in VB.NET





It was called in VB6 DBGrid


May be its name is FlexGrid in ASP.NET
